Ingredients (for 2 serving)

  • 1 tbsp Instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 tsp caramel extract or vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp hot water

Preparation

  1. Take a stand mixer or bowl with a handheld mixer
  2. Combine all the ingredients (without the hot water)
  3. Mix to combine
  4. Pour in the hot water
  5. Turn the stand mixer on high speed, set it to 6, for 1 minute.
  6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl
  7. Blend on high again for 2-3 more minutes.
  8. Blend till you get light in coloured and whipped in texture.
  9. Heat a cup of unsweet almond milk
  10. Serve milk over ice and spoon half the sugar-free whipped coffee into your cup.
  11. Stir to combine the whipped coffee and the milk very well to make more further like a latte.
