Formula= {Impressions that were measurable with Active View} / {total number of impressions} * 100
This metric excludes data from link units, or from dynamic allocation in Google Ad Manager. It only includes impressions from regular AdSense for: content, video and games ad units.
Even when an ad has Active View, some circumstances may restrict the tag from obtaining data. For example, viewability may not be measurable, if the publisher ad tag is placed within a cross-domain iframe. Also, when a default ad serves or an ad’s backup image displays, the impression does not count as measurable.
